The following is a clinical trial conducted to record the efficacy of Pueraria Mirifica on breast enlargement, breast firming and menopausal symptoms.

Results are summarised in the table below:

The placebo group of 31 testers received two tapioca starch-filled capsules per day for 15 days per month, starting from the first day of the menstruation period, for two consecutive months. This group showed no significance change in all record parameters.

The first tested group of 32 testers received two capsules per day, each containing 200mg of Pueraria Mirifica.

This group showed a significance change in all recorded parameters, including mammary pain (43.75%) which is related to breast firming and may relate to breast enlargement, skin recovery (87.50%), healthier hair (75%), increase vaginal secretion (43.75%), healthier menstruation (6.25%), breast firming (40.62%), and breast enlargement (9.38%).

The second tested group of 34 testers received four capsules per day, each containing 200mg of Pueraria Mirifica.

This group showed the most significance change in all recorded parameters, including mammary pain (94.11%), skin recovery (94.11%), healthier hair (88.23%), increase vaginal secretion (85.29%), healthier menstruation (29.41%), breast firming (88.23%), and breast enlargement (82.35%).

Conclusion
In conclusion, the human test with Pueraria Mirifica as a food supplement or functional food product has demonstrated the plant's estrogenic effects clearly among testers, including skin reform, hair complexity, breast firming and the possibility to induce breast enlargement.
